Palworld 1.0 Condenser Guide : How to Max Out Your Pals Fast
The condenser is how you turn 64 junk Pals into one god-tier Pal. Here is how it works, which Pals to condense first, and the fastest way to farm dupes.
- •Condensing takes 4 Pals for 1 star, 16 for 2, 32 for 3, 64 for 4 stars. Plan your breeding around this.
- •Only condense Pals with perfect passives. Condensing a bad Pal wastes 63 dupes.
- •Breeding is the fastest way to get dupes. Set up multiple breeding farms running the same pair.
The condenser takes multiple copies of the same Pal and fuses them into a stronger version. It is the most material-intensive progression system in the game. Here is how to not waste hundreds of Pals.
How many Pals you need

To fully condense one Pal from zero to four stars, you need 116 copies of that Pal. This is why breeding exists.
What condensing does
Each star increases all base stats by about 5%. Four stars is roughly a 20% stat increase. It also improves the Pal's Partner Skill. Some Partner Skills become dramatically better at 4 stars.
Condensing does NOT change passives, IVs, or species. It only amplifies what is already there.
Which Pals to condense first
Your main combat team. The Pals you use in every fight. Your legendary catches.
Do not condense:
- Base workers (the stat boost is marginal for labor)
- Pals with bad passives (fix passives first)
- Pals you might replace (wait until you have a keeper)
The full order: breed perfect passives → apply mutations → condense → soul → awaken.
How to farm dupes fast
Breeding. Set up 2-3 breeding farms running the same pair. Collect eggs. Hatch. Condense. Repeat.
This is faster than catching wild Pals because breeding is deterministic. You know exactly what you are getting. Wild spawns are random.
For common Pals like Lamball or Cattiva, catching is fine. For rare Pals like Jormuntide, breeding is the only practical way to get 116 copies.
