Best Accessories in Palworld 1.0 : What to Equip & Upgrade Priority
Your accessory slots are limited. Here is exactly what to wear for combat, exploration, and base building. Skip the junk. Equip what actually matters.
- •Attack Pendant + Defense Pendant + Giga Shield. These three never leave your slots.
- •Swap in the Heat/Cold undershirt for specific biomes. Do not wear them permanently.
- •The Ring of Mercy prevents you from killing wild Pals. Equip it when you are catching, not when you are fighting bosses.
You have limited accessory slots. Most accessories are situational. A few are mandatory. Here is what to wear and when to swap.
The three you never take off

These three should be on your character at all times. Do not experiment. Do not swap them out for curiosity. Attack, defense, shield. Everything else is situational.
Situational swaps

Accessories to skip
- Work Speed pendant. Your Pals do the work. You do not need this.
- Stamina pendant. Food buffs give you enough stamina.
- Anything with "minor" in the name. The percentage boost is too small to matter.
Where to get the good ones
Attack and Defense Pendants drop from dungeon chests and high-level Pals. The Giga Shield is crafted at level 28. The undershirts are crafted from cloth and elemental organs.
Do not buy accessories from merchants. They are overpriced. Farm dungeons.
