The Protagonists
Jason Duval
Former soldier who grew up around criminals. After the army, he worked for drug runners in the Florida Keys. First main-series protagonist with a military background, expect tactical combat abilities.
Lucia Caminos
First female protagonist in a numbered GTA. Grew up in Liberty City, taught to fight by her father. Served time in Leonida Penitentiary. Puerto Rican/Latina descent.
Together: A modern Bonnie & Clyde story. The game focuses on their relationship and a "simple job gone wrong" that pulls them into a statewide criminal conspiracy.
