3. Grassrivers

Inspiration: The Everglades

Vast swampland with airboats, alligators, dense wildlife, and hidden criminal operations. Mud tracks, swamp shacks, and airboat chases are shown in trailers. Expect off-road vehicles to be essential here.


4. Port Gellhorn

Inspiration: Panama City / Forgotten Gulf Coast

Industrial port town with shipping containers, docks, cheap motels, and biker gang territory. A working-class contrast to Vice City's glitz. Likely a hub for smuggling and trafficking missions.


5. Ambrosia

Inspiration: Rural Florida inland

Small towns, factories, rail yards, and open farmland. Home to biker gangs and blue-collar crime. The quieter, more desolate side of Leonida, perfect for hideouts and low-profile operations.


6. Mount Kalaga National Park

Inspiration: Florida panhandle highlands / Georgia border

Forested mountain region with off-road trails, hunting grounds, fishing spots, and scenic overlooks. The highest elevation in the game, expect sniping, wildlife encounters, and mountain climbing.
