Palworld 1.0 Tower Bosses Guide : How to Beat Every Boss in Order
Every tower boss in Palworld 1.0, the order you should fight them, what level and Pals you need, and the cheese strategies that actually work.
- •Fight bosses in this order: Zoe & Grizzbolt → Lily & Lyleen → Axel & Orserk → Marcus & Faleris → Victor & Shadowbeak.
- •Bring Pals that counter the boss's element. Fire beats Grass. Ice beats Dragon. Water beats Fire.
- •Overlevel by 5. A level 15 boss at level 20 is easy. A level 15 boss at level 14 is impossible.

Tower bosses gate your progression. Beat them in the wrong order and you get destroyed. Show up underleveled and you burn through resources for nothing. Here is every boss, the order to fight them, and what to bring.
Zoe & Grizzbolt (level 10)
First boss. Electric type. Weak to Ground.
Do not show up with water Pals. Electric beats water. Bring a ground Pal. Rushoar is solid and available early. If you have nothing else, bring whatever is highest level. Overlevel to 15 and this fight is trivial.
The arena is small. Dodge the lightning beam. It has a long windup.
Lily & Lyleen (level 25)
Grass type. Weak to Fire.
Foxparks melts this fight. Craft the harness and use Huggy Fire. If you do not have Foxparks, bring any fire Pal. Incineram works. Fire arrows help. Overlevel to 30.
Axel & Orserk (level 40)
Dragon/Electric. Weak to Ice and Ground.
This is where the difficulty spikes. Orserk hits hard and fast. Bring ice Pals. Frostallion if you have it. If not, Chillet works as a budget option. Overlevel to 45 if you can.
Marcus & Faleris (level 45)
Fire type. Weak to Water.
Bring water Pals. Jormuntide is ideal. If you do not have it, Surfent works. The arena is open so you have room to move. Use it. Dodge the fire attacks. Overlevel to 50.
Victor & Shadowbeak (level 50)
The final tower boss. Dark type. Weak to Dragon.
Bring Jetragon if you have it. If not, bring your strongest Pals regardless of type. Shadowbeak is fast and aggressive. This fight is harder than most legendary Pals. Overlevel and bring your best weapons. The Assault Rifle shines here.
General tips
- Overlevel by 5. Always. The damage scaling in this game is brutal.
- Bring the right element. Countering the boss's type doubles your damage output.
- Repair your armor before each fight. Broken armor is a death sentence.
- If you die, do not keep throwing yourself at the boss. Go level up. Come back stronger.
