Palworld 1.0 Pal Fluids & Rare Materials: Where to Farm Every Drop
Pal Fluids, Oil, Polymer, Carbon Fiber, and other rare materials. Exact locations, which Pals to farm, and the fastest routes for every resource you will run out of.
- •Pal Fluids drop from water Pals. The beach west of the starting area is the best early farming spot.
- •High Quality Pal Oil drops from mammoths and large ground Pals. The desert north of the volcano has the highest density.
- •Polymer is crafted from Pal Fluids. Carbon Fiber is crafted from Coal or Charcoal. Never buy either from merchants.
You will run out of Pal Fluids. Then you will run out of Oil. Then you will wonder why you cannot craft anything anymore. Here is where every rare material comes from and how to farm it fast.
Pal Fluids
Used for: Cement, Polymer, some saddles.
Best source: Water Pals. Pengullet, Fuack, Surfent, and anything that swims. The beach west of the starting area has dozens of Pengullets. Clear the beach, wait for respawn, clear it again. Bring a lightning weapon. Water Pals take double damage from electric.
High Quality Pal Oil
Used for: Polymer, weapons, armor.
Best source: Mammorest, Digtoise, and large ground Pals. The desert north of the volcano has the highest density of mammoths. They are level 30+. Come prepared. One mammoth drops 3-5 oil.
Polymer
Used for: Advanced weapons, armor, saddles.
Craft it. Do not farm it. Polymer is made at the Production Assembly Line from Pal Fluids and Oil. If you are farming Polymer directly from Pals, you are wasting time. Farm Pal Fluids and Oil separately, then craft Polymer.
Carbon Fiber
Used for: Endgame weapons and armor.
Craft from Coal or Charcoal at the Improved Furnace. Coal nodes are in the desert. Charcoal comes from burning wood. Set up a dedicated furnace at your base just for Carbon Fiber. You will need a lot.
Cement
Used for: High-tier spheres.
Made from Pal Fluids, Stone, and Bone. You already have Pal Fluids from water Pals. Stone is everywhere. Bone comes from defeating Pals. Set a Pal to mine stone at your base and craft Cement while you are away.
The fastest farming route
Start at the western beach for Pal Fluids. Head north to the desert for Oil. Mine Coal nodes on the way back. One loop takes about 15 minutes and gives you enough materials for a full crafting session.
